Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using PrintableFinds (printablefinds.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the site.

Who we are

PrintableFinds is a free-content website operated by Zarrar Tech, founded and edited by Zain Khan. References to "we", "us", "our", or "PrintableFinds" in these terms mean Zarrar Tech and its authorized team members.

What we provide

PrintableFinds provides free printable PDFs, along with landing pages describing each printable, category hubs, articles, and a newsletter. We do our best to keep everything accurate and useful, but the service is provided "as is" — see Disclaimers below.

Intellectual property

All content on PrintableFinds — printables, preview images, Pinterest pins, page content, design elements, logos, category names, and site structure — is owned by Zarrar Tech or licensed to it, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your license to use downloaded printables is defined in our Terms of Download. In summary:

• You may download, print, and use our printables for personal, family, or classroom use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, or sublicense our printables.
• You may not claim our printables as your own creations.

Acceptable use

When using PrintableFinds, you agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, servers, or systems.
• Use automated systems (scrapers, bots, spiders) to bulk-download our printables or content, except for public search engine indexing.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the site or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the site.
• Impersonate PrintableFinds, our team, or another user.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Use the site to send spam, unsolicited email, or promotional content.

Comments, submissions & feedback

If you email us a suggestion, comment, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the site. We won't publish your name or contact information without permission.

Third-party links

The site contains links to third-party websites — including sister sites in the Zarrar Tech portfolio and, occasionally, affiliate links to products or services we recommend. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The information on the site is accurate, complete, or current.
• Any specific printable will meet your needs, print correctly on your specific printer, or be suitable for your specific use case.
• The site is free from viruses or other harmful components.

Financial, legal, and business templates. Templates in the Budget & Money and Business Templates categories (including invoices, contracts, NDAs, business plans) are provided as general-purpose starting points. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult a qualified professional before using any template in a legal or financial context.

Health & wellness templates. Trackers in the Trackers and Planners categories (habit, mood, fitness, sleep, water) are for self-observation and are not medical devices. They do not replace medical, psychological, or nutritional advice from a qualified professional.

Homeschool & education worksheets. Worksheets are supplemental teaching aids. They do not replace a structured curriculum or professional education.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrintableFinds, Zarrar Tech, its owners, editors, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the site, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (whichever is greater).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrintableFinds, Zarrar Tech, and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the site or its content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, without notice, for any reason — including violation of these terms. The provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
