What information we collect

Information you give us voluntarily

• Newsletter signup. If you subscribe to The Weekly Finds, we collect your email address. That's it.
• Contact form. If you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message content.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics data. When you visit, our analytics tools (Google Analytics 4) log basic technical information — page URL, referring page, browser type, device type, approximate location (country/region), time on page, and clicks. This is aggregated and used to understand what content is helpful.
• Server logs. Our web server records standard log data: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, response code. This is used for security and troubleshooting and is not linked to any identity.

How we use your information

• To deliver the free printables and content you came for.
• To send you the newsletter, if you subscribed.
• To respond to messages you send us.
• To measure which content is useful (analytics) and improve the site.
• To show relevant advertising through our ad partners (Google AdSense).
• To protect the site from abuse, spam, and security threats.

Advertising & third parties

• Email delivery — Our newsletter provider (used only to send the newsletter you subscribed to).

How long we keep your data

• Newsletter subscribers: Kept until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe with one click from any email.
• Contact form messages: Kept up to 24 months for reference, then deleted.
• Analytics data: Retained per Google Analytics default (14 months).
• Server logs: Rolling 30 days, then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you have some or all of the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of information we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion — request that we delete your information ("right to be forgotten").
• Objection — object to certain uses of your information (e.g., marketing).
• Portability — receive your information in a portable format.

PrintableFinds is operated from Pakistan. When you visit or subscribe, your data may be transferred to and processed in Pakistan, the United States (where our analytics and ad partners are based), and other countries where our service providers operate. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data — HTTPS everywhere, access controls on our systems, and reputable third-party providers for analytics and email. No system is 100% secure, but we take security seriously.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the site evolves. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we'll notify newsletter subscribers by email.
