Your license

Every printable on PrintableFinds is offered under a Personal & Educational Use License. When you download a printable, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it as described below.

✓ What you may do

• Print unlimited copies for yourself and your household. Print as many copies as you want for personal use — planners for the year, chore charts for each kid, meal plans every week.
• Use in your classroom. Teachers, tutors, and homeschool parents may print copies for use with their own students. This includes worksheets, coloring pages, planners, and educational templates.
• Print for family and friends. Print a copy of a wedding checklist for a friend who's getting married, or a habit tracker for a family member — that's fine.
• Use for personal events. Baby shower games, birthday party printables, wedding checklists — use them for your own event or a private event you're helping to plan.
• Save the PDF to your own device. Keep the PDF on your computer, phone, or tablet for personal reference.
• Modify for personal use. If you want to fill in a PDF, write on a printed copy, or handwrite changes — go ahead. Just don't redistribute the modified version.

✗ What you may not do

• Resell our printables. You may not sell, license, or offer for sale any of our printables on Etsy, Gumroad, your own website, TeachersPayTeachers, or any other platform — whether as-is, edited, repackaged, or as part of a bundle.
• Redistribute the files. You may not upload our PDFs to file-sharing sites, other free-printable directories, cloud shares open to the public, or any location that makes them available to people who did not download them from PrintableFinds directly.
• Claim them as your own. You may not remove our branding, credits, or attribution and present the printables as your own designs.
• Repackage into a product. You may not include our printables in a course, membership site, ebook, physical planner, or any other product — free or paid.
• Use for large-scale commercial events. Using printables for a large-scale commercial event (e.g., a wedding you're being paid to plan for a client, a corporate training session, a paid workshop) is not covered by the free license. Contact us for commercial licensing options.
• Use to train machine learning models. Our printables, preview images, and Pinterest pins may not be used as training data for machine learning or AI models.

Commercial use

If you want to use our printables in a commercial context — for paying clients, in a paid course, in a physical product for sale, or in any way that generates revenue — the free license does not cover you. Email info@printablefinds.com to discuss commercial licensing.

Attribution

Attribution is not required for personal or classroom use. But if you share a printable in a blog post, social media post, or other public context, we always appreciate credit and a link back to printablefinds.com. It helps us keep making free printables.

Pinterest & social sharing

You are enthusiastically welcome to pin our Pinterest pins to your own Pinterest boards. That's the whole point of the pin format — it's designed to be shared. When you save a pin, Pinterest links back to the printable's landing page on our site, which is exactly what we want.

You may also share preview images on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X) with a link back to the printable's page on our site. Please don't share the raw PDF file — always link to the landing page so people download the current version.

Modifications

You may modify a printable for your own personal or classroom use — for example, filling in the blanks, adding your child's name, or handwriting adjustments after printing. However, you may not distribute modified versions to others, and you may not edit our printables and then resell them.

If we revoke or update the license

We may update or revoke the license for any printable at any time — for example, if a printable turns out to have a copyright issue, or if we discontinue a category. Copies already downloaded before a change remain licensed under the terms in effect at the time of download.

Reporting license violations

If you believe someone is reselling, redistributing, or misusing our printables, please let us know. Email info@printablefinds.com with the URL or platform where you found the violation. We investigate every report.
